I'm a Brazilian BJJ Black Belt and Physical Education specialist based in Nuremberg, Germany. I earned my Black Belt under Marcos Flexa and have been on the mat for over 14 years, competing and coaching at Carlson Gracie Nuremberg — one of the most respected BJJ lineages in the world.

How is G9 different from a generic training program?
G9 generates every program from your exact data — intake form, gap analysis, and a discovery call. No template is ever reused. Your injury history, training schedule, strength baselines, BJJ game style, and lifestyle all directly shape every exercise, macro target, and drilling theme.
I don't compete. Can I still use G9?
Absolutely. Track C (Practitioner) is built for BJJ athletes with no competition goals — focused on technical development, belt progression, and sustainable training. Track D is for anyone who wants pure S&C without BJJ. G9 serves all four tracks equally well.
I have an injury. Can I still start?
Yes — injuries are one of the main reasons G9 exists. Every exercise includes 2–3 substitutions. Step 3 (Move) builds prehab and mobility specifically around your reported injury areas. Pain thresholds and red flags are built into every program. Medical conditions are always referred to a physician.
Is coaching in-person or online?
Both. Coach Gorla is based in Nuremberg, Germany and coaches in-person at Carlson Gracie Nuremberg. Online coaching is available worldwide in English and Portuguese. Programs are delivered digitally and work for any gym or home setup.
How long does it take to receive my program?
After your completed intake and a 20-min discovery call, your full G9 program is delivered within 48 hours. The program includes all 9 steps — training, nutrition, recovery, drilling or performance tracks, and all 6 tracking tables.
What language is coaching available in?
English and Portuguese. Coach Gorla is Brazilian and fluent in both. Programs and all communication are delivered in the language you prefer.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. The intake form captures your available equipment and the program is built around what you actually have access to. Full gym, home setup, or minimal equipment — G9 adapts. Every exercise also includes substitutions for different equipment scenarios.
How much time per week does the program require?
It depends on your track and lifestyle — that's exactly what the intake captures. Strength sessions are 45–60 min, 2–3x per week. Conditioning work is layered into or around your BJJ training. The program is built around your actual schedule, not an ideal one.
